This precious village lies in a sheltered amphitheatre, which allows Pinot Noir (and up to 10% of César) to flourish 150km north of any other red Burgundy. Its Kimmeridgean soil and terroir make a uniquely mineral and clean red wine which is intense, spicy and long lasting.
